File processing
These four tools use JavaScript and Canvas in your browser to decode or sample media and generate GIFs. Tool code does not send selected images, videos or GIFs to a server. Source files and results remain in the current page memory; resetting or closing the page clears the current working state.
Downloads and continuing in another tool
Downloads save a result to a local location you choose. Continuing in another tool may temporarily store the result in browser IndexedDB; the next tool removes it after reading. Clearing this site’s browser data removes that temporary file. The website cannot delete copies you have downloaded.
Website requests
The current application includes no advertising, third-party analytics, accounts, payments or tracking cookies. Visiting still requests pages and static resources from the hosting service; requests contain an IP address and browser information. Hosting-log retention depends on the actual hosting configuration. Local file processing does not mean that visiting creates no network data.
Your choices
Process only files you are authorized to use. On a shared device, close the page and clear this site’s browser data after use. Updated October 23, 2026.
